JAMA article: The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

The JAMA®, the Journal of the American Medical Association  published a series of articles showing the benefits of exercise for everyone, pointing out exercise types for each age group, and promoting exercise in general as the best way to keep healthy. The project was funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
